2018 New Banner
Our first banner was designed by Nic Ashford, winner of a design competition. It reflected images of the village, with the steam train of the Lavender Line spouting flames of a bonfire, supported by two laughing fish, symbols of the Society’s headquarters: the Laughing Fish pub. More recently in 2018, to celebrate the Society’s 10 year anniversary, a new banner was designed by one of our members and is often seen at the head of our procession
